Spa Villa Alina:
- Finnish sauna, or dry sauna. It is characterized by high temperature (approx. 80-100 degrees Celsius) and low humidity (approx. 10%). This type of sauna dilates blood vessels and causes severe sweating, while relaxing muscles and cleansing the body.
- Steam sauna, i.e. wet sauna. It is characterized by a lower interior temperature (40-50 degrees Celsius) and very high humidity (up to 100%). This type of sauna perfectly affects the respiratory tract and rheumatic ailments. It also improves the appearance of the skin, cleanses and nourishes it.
- Infared sauna, or infrared sauna, is ideal for people who cannot use a traditional sauna. As a source of heat, it uses infrared heaters, whose energy directly heats the body and penetrates up to 4 cm deep into the body. Infrared sauna not only cleanses the body of toxins, it also has an analgesic effect and allows you to burn up to 2000 calories!
- Two jacuzzi tubs (5-person hot tub with brine and 10-seater jacuzzi bathtub), which provide relaxation of the body and relieve it of tension. The bath improves blood circulation and soothe exercise-tired muscles.
- The path of Kneipp baths, which not only perfectly affects the elasticity of blood vessels, blood circulation and resistance of the whole organism. It is also helpful for early stages of varicose veins and headaches.

In our SPA in Sudety, guests are also waiting for guests: a shower of sensations, stone and heated seats and sun beds with phototherapy function and a hardening zone surrounded by cascading plants. During their stay in the SPA zone, guests will easily eat and quench their thirst, thanks to the specially separated access to the Cafe Bar minibar.
An additional attraction of the SPA zone in Villa Alina is also the selection of specially prepared sauna rituals. Thanks to the combination of stimulating heat and actively peeling preparations, they improve circulation and remove toxins, leaving the skin firm and regenerated.
