I. The owner of the pension and at the same time the Administrator of Personal Data is — Investor Service Office “COMPLEX” Mirosław Półtorak with its registered office in: 50-335 Wrocław, ul. Sienkiewicza 28/1
II. The data controller informs that the personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),
- Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 Journal of Laws 2018 item No. 1000.
III. We collect personal data that are necessary for booking a stay and provide a comprehensive hotel service.
IV. Providing personal data by the Customer and giving consent to their processing is voluntary, albeit necessary in order to make the reservation of the stay and hotel service.
V. We collect data during:
- booking process via an internet site
- the process of booking made by person in the pension, by phone or e-mail, and also during the guest's check-in at the pension
We can obtain data from our partners from booking portals (Booking.com, HRS, event organizers, etc.) if you have given your consent.
VI. We collect the following data:
When booking via an internet site, it is possible to create a Customer account or create a one-time reservation.
1. When creating an account on the guest house's website, the Customer sets the password for access to the account and provides the following data:
a) Name and surname
b) Address (street, house/apartment number, postal code and city)
c) Phone number
d) Email address
The above mentioned data can be independently changed by the Customer after logging in to the account
- With a one-time booking made by an Internet site, the scope of data collected is the same as when creating an account, further extended by the country of residence.
2. During the booking made by person, by phone or e-mail or via chat, as well as the Customer's check-in at the pension, the following data are collected:
a) Name and surname;
b) Address (street, house/apartment number, postal code and city);
c) Telephone number;
d) Email address;
e) Company data together with TIN (in case of issuing f-ry VAT on
enterprise);
f) Registration number of the vehicle belonging to the Customer (in case of using
parking);
g) Document No.
3. Children's data such as name, surname, nationality and date of birth are collected exclusively from their parents or legal guardians in order to determine their age and their allowances, and for statistical purposes (GUS duty and tourist tax).
4. When using the guest house's websites, additional information is automatically downloaded (IP address assigned to the computer from which the guest house entered the guest house's website, external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, type of browser, access time, type of operating system).
VII. We use the collected data for the following purposes: 1. Fulfilling our obligations according to our Clients.
2. Handling
reservation of rooms and applications relating to accommodation:
creating and storing legal documentation in accordance with accounting standards.
3. Service
to monitor the use of services (wellness & spa services, bar, etc.) for managing access to the rooms,
for internal management of lists of clients who have behaved inadequately during their stay in the guesthouse (aggressive and antisocial behavior, violation of the conditions of the contract with the boarding house, violation of safety rules, theft, damage and vandalism, problems with payment).
4. Improve service, and more:
about the processing of personal data of the Client as part of our marketing program — in order to conduct marketing activities, brand promotion and better understand the requirements and requirements of the Client,
to better adapt our products and services to the requirements of customers,
to match commercial offers and messages about promotions sent to the Client,

to provide contextual data used by the offer tool when the Customer visits the Internet site of the guest house or books a guest house,
sending newsletters, promotions, offers, and also telephone contact with the Customer,
for handling requests related to cancellation of subscriptions, promotions, tourist offers
and satisfaction surveys,
to take into account the right to object.
6. Improving the services of the guest house, and in general: about handling complaints and complaints,
to offer the Client benefits from the loyalty program.
7. Ensuring security and improving the use of the guest house's websites in

to implement measures to safeguard and prevent fraud.
8. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g. in the storage of book documents).
VIII. Access to personal data of Customers can be directly accessed only by authorized employees of the boarding house, and by entities processing with whom written contracts have been concluded (subcontractors providing services for the boarding house). The data can also be made available to entities authorized on the basis of the applicable provisions of the law.
IX. Pensjonat VILLA ALINA MEDICAL & SPA **** undertakes its own technical and organizational measures, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in order to ensure maximum protection of personal data of our clients.
X. When the Customer provides us with credit card details during the booking, it is redirected to the payment card merchant website that ensures the security of the transaction carried out.
XI. Customers of the B&B VILLA ALINA MEDICAL & SPA **** have the right to access the contents of the data, their correction, the right to data portability, and the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by the pension. In addition, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, restrict its processing, deletion, and the right to be forgotten in the case of processing personal data for marketing purposes.
XII. The data collected for the purposes of providing hotel services will be processed for the period specified in the law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent until its cancellation.
XIII. Data obtained from monitoring are deleted up to 30 days from the date of their registration.
XIV. If you find that personal data are processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PUODO).
